I live in Florida and I sent my best friend flowers for her birthday. The florist let me know she was almost out of the flowers I ordered and asked if it was okay to substitute them with other flowers. THEY ARE STUNNING! The arrangement is perfect for my bestie. My interaction with Marie was very pleasant. Rainbow Flowers delivered a gorgeous arrangement, with very complicated delivery instructions (because delivering anything to my friend's place is not great). Marie is very kind, professional, and obviously very talented. She also wanted to shoot for the highest bar, as she should because she's got real talent, but I was still surprised that she strives for excellence. Many businesses just ignore negative reviews, especially if they're already successful and doing well. But Marie runs her business passionately and listens to her customers' opinions. Part of building a relationship with customers is listening to them, and in today's world, a happy relationship is a huge thing for both businesses and consumers. She definitely has my love and respect. I don't think I've ever sang praises like this about a business, but she totally blew me away. If I ever were to have a business, I hope I have just as much patience, dedication, and kindness, especially for a business that delivers flowers that represent love and happiness. Marie has a great business here and I really wish her more success! She works hard and definitely makes the effort. I really, really appreciate her and am very grateful for such a stellar experience. Definitely worth the money! I envy the recipient I bought the arrangements for! Marie made my week and also the recipient's birthday month! The recipient gushes a lot about it and her coworkers are envious. She said the flowers smell so pretty! Thanks again, Rainbow Flowers!

Rainbow NEVER disappoints! Anytime I need flowers delivered they are my first go to and I have been ordering from them for years. They are my favorite and I am so glad they have stayed in business all this time!

Arranged to have flowers sent to my friend in SD over the phone from Texas. Lucy assisted me and was very helpful as I was not very specific in what I wanted other than a colour. She even sent me a photo and delivered them herself. A very easy transaction and my friend loved them. Thank you. 🧡 …

Lucy was super accommodating with a last minute request! I was driving down from Long Beach for my sister’s bar opening @GoodNewsBar and found Rainbow Flowers - she put together such a beautiful arrangement, spot on with colors, style and beauty! I ordered a custom arrangement of flowers for my nieces 30th birthday and gave specific colors of what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked for. She absolutely loved the arrangement and every flower was fresh and vibrant. Sharon, the delivery driver was so nice and went above and beyond, by texting me that they were delivered and even let my niece know they were delivered. Being in Michigan, it was nice to know that they were safely delivered. I highly recommend Rainbow flowers. Thank you.

I decided to send one of our daughter’s some flowers on her birthday. I called Rainbow Flowers in San Diego, as it’s in the same zip code as her work. I spoke to Daisy about an arrangement I saw at their sister flower shop. She had me send it by text to her personal cell and bingo…done! It was the most efficient and friendly transaction I have had in a long time. The flowers were delivered by Sharon, who texted me they were delivered to our daughter and she loved them. I don’t have a picture, but trust me they were gorgeous. Just not as gorgeous as our daughter. Thanks again Rainbow Flowers. Won’t be the last time we do business. Highly recommended! Dr. Jim Block

I would absolutely use this florist again. They were very accommodating with my requests and worked within my budget. The arrangement they put together is beautiful and the shop smells so lovely. Edit: it also seems they learned from a previous review and ensured my arrangement was within my budget post-tax. I think this speaks to their openness to feedback and commitment to a positive customer experience.
